Man, always those comments claiming fans don't cool citing fancy thermodynamics. WRONG, FANS DO COOL. Cooling doesn't have to be changing temperature. If I feel cooler, it cools, period. Fans move away the warm air contacting our skin and replace it with cooler air. Your sweat will also evaporate quicker with moving air.

Useless. Hot air and cool air in same room . Output air cool -10°c example. But output hot more than it. Lol

some stupids think they are smart here in the comments. regular air conditioner works with same principle, you also have to lead the warm side outside the window!!!!! also same, also peltier elemnt works too. hahahaha stupid half_knowings.

This is one of those videos that just looks good but has no actual applications, heck the Peltier module and the heatsink don't even have proper contact, this will work as a good room heater though.

There's a new way I just uploaded. It doesn't use a lot of power and requires water.

There is a reason we don't see mass comercial version of this personal AC.. too much power consumption for what it does. For this much power need, just fans would cool you off better.

THIS IS TOTAL FRAUD - IT WON'T "COOL" ANYTHING!

Heats up the room, and doesn't cool it.

Why not use 6 peltier modules only sandwiched between three cooling blocks, the middle block which is cooled is pumped to a radiator. Use Coolant instead of water. Run the peltier 12706 at lower voltage.

This is amazing, also its more like an air cooler and for those people who don't get it, its purpose is to cool the person using it, not the room.

I hope no one has wasted time building this. For those who don't know, peltier modules are horribly inefficient..You wont notice ANY difference in air temp in a set up like this.
