If it’s not the USA, Canada or Europe the constitution is usually garbage.

I wish we were always told what crimes these immoral people were CONVICTED OF, not what the were "charged with". I understand that information may not be available to the makers of the documentary that is being discussed but they should at least try and say what they tried and found or couldn't find.

This is why unions are needed to generate wealth and the workers standards rise. Then they will demand better conditions and better products will be the outcome. Low standards means bribes and shortcuts.

It's not like the US isn't known for its share of catastrophes, due to poor construction, jump skipping rule books and building regulations.
And it seems to only getting worse.

The future industrial and engineering accidents could be epic and spottable from the next star system over. ACME Anti Matter storage plc could be stellar bright.. AI, Nanotech and biotech mean the future is looking bright on the potential catastrophe front...and it will be sheer greed that most likely causes it, the same old..a dash for profits.

If nuclear bomb fizzle material were not used to boil water 4 a steam turbine, and big energy behaves, then atomic would be much safer 🤪

Reactor 4 at Chernobyl did not simply "get out of control" of its own accord. The cooling system pumps were turned down, so the reactor over-heated, and the automatic protection systems were turned off. As you implied, operating instructions were ignored, to put it mildly.

Correction: Natural gas is lighter than air. Propane and butane are heavier which makes a gas leak from these sources so dangerous.
