Ответитьkazennova !!!! hmmmmm,,
ОтветитьWhat magnificent actors, storytellers and individuals. 🇨🇦
ОтветитьHow about a little praise for how Letterman handled these interviews. He knew when he was in the presence of greatness and did a great job with both of these guys.
ОтветитьGod both of these men are so unbelievably charming and such great raconteurs. Tremendous actors and dearly missed.
ОтветитьThank you so much for putting this video up. Eamon in Ireland 🇮🇪
ОтветитьI've always felt bad that this American audience didn't more fully appreciate the dry English humor
ОтветитьPeter , Thank you
ОтветитьBoth are outstanding actors loved them both as a child
ОтветитьAlways fun. Can`t believe its gone. Thats`s how we were.
ОтветитьThis is so refreshing to watch. I miss seeing these 2 distinguished gentlemen
ОтветитьThe exaltation of alcoholism & theater world Shitheadism!
Ответить“Did you ever notice that ‘Peter O’Toole’ is a double-phallic name?”
Groucho Marx
A strange lot these Brits are 😮😂
ОтветитьSpreading cancer on camera. How charming.
ОтветитьHe was so gorgeous , drank a lot and probably stank of cigarettes, but good god I would have loved him as a husband x
ОтветитьImagine meeting harris and o toole on a night out in Dublin in the day , best craic ever I'd say
Ответить👍✨✨❤❤✔
ОтветитьJust amazing, lives well lived. Thank you to both gentlemen and David Letterman who just asks the right questions and knows to let them go !
ОтветитьWe didn't get the Letterman show in the UK. Who sings MacArthur Park at the end of this compilation? He ruins it with the bum notes at the end. 😕 Loved the interviews.
ОтветитьThanks for always putting up these awesome Rick K touring videos. I absolutely adore this band; why don't they play in California? I would definitely attend one of their shows.
Thanks Cindy!!!!!!!
Ive always loved their movies, miss them😢
ОтветитьCoolest fucker....everyone .
ОтветитьExcellent interviews of extraordinary actors ! Very enjoyable❤❤❤
ОтветитьI love the respect Letterman shows.
Ответитьi love the 3 piece suit
ОтветитьTwo of my favorite actors. Thank you for posting this.
ОтветитьWow! Smoking on TV.
ОтветитьI was unexpectedly moved at this compilation, and by your desire to make it, and at the passage of time, and the fondness developed by all three men. Bravo, and thank you, sir.
ОтветитьStrangely enough, I’d never heard of Peter before. Just watched this video today in July of 2023, and wow, what a treasure that guy was!!! Like a drunken Ian mcKellen, and uniquely posh and hilarious all at once! Those interviews were so entertaining! And glad to see he was able to reach sobriety later in life, and still retain his humour.
ОтветитьJust ask a few question let them talk He barely had to be there. Letterman loved these 2.
ОтветитьThank you 🙏 ❤
ОтветитьQuite a touching and fitting tribute to Richard Harris with Will Lee's performance of MacArthur Park there at the end. The band did a great job.
ОтветитьThey were amazing!! Super interesting and sort of gods on the fringe. Beautiful!
I noticed though, that they were near the age of my dad who was born in 1933. My dad looked barely 30 in 1983. These two were like older gentleman for forty years! Amazing how they kept going and gave us so much of their gifts and themselves for so long! They absolutely deserved more recognition and awards. And honestly I might’ve thrown myself at Richard Harris given the opportunity haha! Jj but they are very attractive because of their minds
I love the hangovers too.
ОтветитьHe clearly zozzled lol
Ответитьsheeeetfaced
ОтветитьFor me O'Toole's Henry II in 'Becket' extends from the sublime to the deliciously ridiculous !
ОтветитьWhen Harris is on he’s my favourite. When O’Toole is on, he’s my favourite.
ОтветитьI remember watching many of those shows and loved seeing them again. Love that MacArthur's Park was included.
ОтветитьDrunk as a skunk
Ответитьwhat a brilliant story-teller is Peter O'Toole! We love you, sir!
ОтветитьI'm reading both volumes of Peter's autobiography. Bloody phenomenal 👏
ОтветитьO'Toole is smashed
ОтветитьHe was good in sparta
ОтветитьAnyone remember NIGHT OF THE GENERALS, ? Very spooky film. His eyes! 👀 frightening! Lovely voice. Lovely figure. Xxxlove 😁 RIP 🙏
ОтветитьIt's a tribute to Dave's talent at interviewing that he puts the most difficult guests at ease and gets a great interview going.
ОтветитьScallywags in the best sense. Would have been a blast to go on a bender with them.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing this awesome vid with us 😉😊
ОтветитьPeter O'Toole, or as my Dad used to call him, Tutor O'Peele 😂. 'Oh, I'll shuffle through my memories' gets me every time 🤣. What great stories they have, and oh my, the ones we never got to hear!😮😂
