Personally I feel like skinny jeans aren't bad at all. As a pear girlie, wide legged anything makes my lower body look bulkier and straight jeans makes my figure rectangular and boxy-shaped so I stay away from those. The key to nailing the skinny jeans while having a pear shaped body is by choosing dark washes over light washed jeans, making sure the jeans length is regular and not tapering or at ankle length. The issue with ankle length is that they cut off before your legs ends making the torso appear shorter making you look shorter too.

Flare jeans are great, but most of them are still low rise even if they say high rise. If you go to Old Navy, they have jeans that are higher high rise and they are great

This my shape almost exactly. I'm pear shaped with big boobs. Tip: if you're pear shaped with big boobs, high waisted jeans will still look good on you but avoid ones that are too high because your chest area will be just boobs. Look for high waisted jeans that leave abt 3-4 inches of space below your boobs. 👍
