I am not from the IT sector and I feel that technologies like GPT could replace us. Therefore, I am thinking of learning a new skill from scratch. I believe it is important to understand how to work with AIs like GPTs or how to operate them by learning computer science and programming. However, I am also confused because I have seen programmers and programming learners discussing how they might lose their jobs because of AIs like GPT. Additionally, seeing experienced computer scientists and engineers like yourself working on social media has made me doubt whether I should devote my time to start learning programming and computer science. I am already in my 40s and it would mean a lot to my family if something I learn now will allow me to secure a job in case I lose my current job. I hope you can help me by providing some real insights into the industry’s job prospects. Thank you in advance for your advice!
ОтветитьZooming In and Out every 3-5 second in video is very disturbing.🙃
ОтветитьPretty useless stuff. All of the job ads I've seen require ectual experience.

ОтветитьHi there. I am learning Data Science with Python but I changed it to Data Analysis with Python at DataCamp. Not easy. The more you progress, the more things become hard. Please is it Data Analysis or Data Analytics?
ОтветитьBoring..
ОтветитьGood morning ma'am... I'm from Africa and I sincerely would want to enroll for your tutorship in data analysis, I'm currently an undergraduate in the University of Jos, I may not have the resources(just my phone and data) to start big but can you please take me as your student if it's just for 3months,i believe it will help my career in the future. Thank you for your candid consideration @Sundas Khalid
ОтветитьI have a Bachelors in Computer science, but I work as a 3D artist and obviously have lost touch with coding n shite!
Idk what to do, whether to switch career because I've been looking into Data Science and Analytics.
Will I be able to do all that and be job ready?
For 3 years, I worked in the customer service department at the company I work for, while also offering to help the data analytics department with this or that to get my foot in the door. After the 3rd year they eventually "promoted" me. But my pay didnt change much. I had left my customer service position at 54,000 annually, my first Data Analyst year I was at 60,000; 2nd year I have been at 64,000, and now starting my 3rd year I am at 69,000 for 2024. I have been teaching myself sql and would say I am at the intermediate level, since I mostly just access sql and administer already established tables. I also handle a lot of ad hoc research queries and do technical writing - specification documents, white papers, glossaries, user manuals. The rest of the people on my team are far more advanced, they know statistical analyses like regression, and other languages like R, python, and other stuff. I've been using chatgpt a lot over the last few months, I will be looking at getting sql, python, and ai certifications this year to step my game up. Honestly because the first couple years I wasn't being paid like a data analyst in my area (according to salary surveys I looked at, year-1 Data Analysts should expect 70-100k around L.A./O.C. area depending on how competitive the company is). Now that I am 69,000 I am a bit more motivated to actually try harder to learn beyond just what is required to keep my job afloat. Once I'm certified and have a portfolio I will probably look for a company that pays competitive wages, but I keep hearing recruiting is slowing down significantly and especially for data analysis.
Ответитьi cant donlaowd the ebook because it says that i need to enter a website anad a company name, and i dont have one,
how can downlaod it???
So what is the difference between Data Analysts and Business Intelligence?
ОтветитьThank you so much for the invaluable information💯👍🏾
ОтветитьPower bi or tableau. Which is best?

ОтветитьI am 40. I am currently unemployed and I have more than 15 years in the software industry being scrum master and project manager. I cant find a job right now and I have been looking for new horizons.
Sadly again, I feel like I am 20, since no one wants to hire and its looking for junior positions.
Why is everyone dying become to data analyst 😂
ОтветитьBe careful with DA roles, dont buy courses. Right now there are no jobs. Avoid the Hype and do some real reseach!
ОтветитьAlmost done with datacamps data scientists certification, now on to the portafolio and interview prep😱
ОтветитьI am lucky to find you especially this new video. You're very resourcefull Sundas. Many thanks for this video, especially your caption for the road map. I am working on it....Wish you success always
ОтветитьI just started a google data analytics course from Coursera. I want to go into healthcare data analytics.
Ответитьpower bi ?
ОтветитьThanks for the useful information
ОтветитьWhat about R programming is it useful?
ОтветитьReally helpful ❤
ОтветитьGood one 👍
ОтветитьThank you 🙏
ОтветитьSo much information..thanks..a very helpful video for me..
ОтветитьThank you for the video
ОтветитьI know SQL, PL/SQL, Python, am advanced GSheets user, posses knowledge of marketing platforms like Google Ads and am not able to find a job still, despite sending approx 150 CVs as of now. Seems like it's not about knowledge, but about experience. Even for an entry / junior positions they require at least 2 years of experience. What the hell is wrong with the market 🫣
ОтветитьHow I can learn more from you? Do you offer private coaching?
ОтветитьHi nice video , very informative .. how long Would this prep plan take ?
ОтветитьHappy new year Sundas 🌟
ОтветитьDo go for Data analytics its like UPSC exam 😂
ОтветитьWaiting for this video, surprisingly got on the first day of this year.
Thankyou Sundas 😊
It helps us really ❤, plz one video on your journey as data analyst ❤❤
ОтветитьA video for how to become data scientist in 2024
ОтветитьI suck at math and i have short attention span but i really wanna be involved in the tech world and I'm starting from literally scratch. With html 🫠
any advices ?
Also i think this list starting with potentially high-demand fields:
-Artificial Intelligence and Machine -Learning SpecialistsData Scientists and AnalystsCybersecurity -ExpertsRenewable Energy -EngineersHealthcare -Professionals (especially in areas like nursing and telehealth)
-Robotics
-EngineersVirtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) -DevelopersSustainable Design and Environmental -EngineersBiotechnology Researchers and Engineers
-E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialists
Are more demanded and complex than web development cz it involve aspects of design and aesthetics, it doesn't delve into deeper complexities like computer science.
Idk what I'm saying help 👋👌
Thanks for sharing such a great road map. I've one question; after following this roadmap can someone land a job without experience at top companies like FAANG?
