If youre fed early you should always build Sunfire instead of chemtank, better scaling, better damage, tankiness.
Full clear is 100% viable voli is strong mid game fresh off 6, 3 camp is super risky if ganks dont work out. Wack ass guide only thing got right is the peel late game

Well my question is whats better with volibear ad or ap? I often get confused and use blitz which has mostly tank items and an ad item and i don't know what to do

You could also use grasp of the undying it is slower and you only become strong until mid to late game but it ensures you tankiness

Real question is what’s the best voli skin

A tip, level q to 3 and then w max. q for the chase and w for dps. You don’t get any cooldown reduction on e, so its low priority because the level boost is minimal.
