Hello mam I have one problem in cu card

I also got band 8 in speaking.

If this candidate got 8 bands , I can easily get 8.5 or 9.

Even many students are not able to achieve 8 Band in IELTS speaking even they are good in English.. this is not the criteria to give 8 Band.. students have to stretch their answers and they have to speak atleast 20 second for introduction .. moreover they have to use fillers, lexicon resources and decent thoughts. in third part they have speak atleast 30 second, firstly central point, explain then example.. surely they will get 8 Band but this interview only 6 or 6.5 maximum...

Tell me about the pace of speaking. As my teacher says I am slower, and It does not seem natural, if I speak at this speed. HOWEVER, I speak faster, I made grammatical mistakes.
