Ambulatory: Hip And Leg Stretches

i had my legs behind my head every time i didn't listen results when i saw mma on tv was me kicking to the head little did i know that one is easy stretch

Mam my son was affected by proximal myopathy and right torticollis also upper limb lower limb and every joints are tight he can walk but he can't sit and stand with out support and he started walking in front feet so please reply mam 🙏
