Aiym Nurtas is a Year 11 high school student at Galaxy International School in Kazakhstan. Besides her outstanding academic performance, she is the Vice Chair of the school's student council. She has taken part in numerous debate competitions and earned several rewards. In 2022, she volunteered to help children with special needs.
At CCIR Academy, Aiym conducted a research project titled "Canada's Climate Change Problem: Were the Government's Actions Successful?". Her study focused on the incorporation of the constitution into the global problem of climate change and Canada's role as the world's second-largest country in the fight against this pressing issue.
