it is completely different if she is an employee versus friend. having an employee who has no idea of what to do, needs to be told every single thing to do instead of trying to figure it out on their own, no sense of urgency, and it seems lack of motivation is just hard to deal with. as an employee you need to be able to figure out how to help, have a sense of urgency, and seem to have some motivation. if it’s a friend it’s a completely different thing.
