How to Insert an Image in a Webpage (HTML / XHTML)

when i send my code it just dont want to load

nothing is working for me and idk why. i have everything typed out exactly like this and all images in correct folders and still nothing displays.

I'm here after 13 year because tommorow is my exam and I was talking to my friend so I didn't listen to the teacher lol
