I downloaded the translator and the tool shed software on my MAC BOOK PRO with Catalina OS but it is not compatible with it. So sad!

Question?? I just came across this video & software. It looks amazing. I’m beginning with embroidery and would like to manipulate some designs. For instance, can I delete parts of a design? Can I group and ungroup designs Or do I need to purchase another module to make that happen?

Only thing is it doesn’t work on a Mac because the software is that you need to download for it to work on the Mac doesn’t work on the Mac I called spent an hour and a half on the phone with this guy. He said he would report it and get back to me and no one ever did so there you go great software, but I can’t use it because it doesn’t work on my Mac with the latest operating system, so you need to fix that on your website or at least have someone call back when they say they’re going to call back

I have PEP, DIME, ETS, and others but not clear on how to differentiate them

I've had this free tool shed probably for over a year and really haven't used it because it was so confusing for me but having this for me makes it so much easier I feel so dumb lolol but I'm the type that can't read to learn I need hands on and Ashley is awesome!!!
