Old Claudia has been through so much. She's so adorable just holding Gretchen after all this time. And she deserves to. She's been through a lot

I have a question for you guys, why did Regina live in the original world? Her death in the other two worlds was not linked to any of the events of the knot so what made Claudia think that she wouldn't get cancer in the real one?

Honestly, in my humble opinion, this show is far more better and more interesting that Stranger Things.

When the mvp started her journey

Claudia is the true hero of the show. I love how she immediately grasps the implications of time travel in this scene.

Claudia’s character development was so unique.

I liked claudia since episode 3, which didnt show her future self on the past/present sequence. I could tell she was an important character. And all the actresses that portaired her did a really good job.

The loop is everywhere. This scene is yet another Bootstrap paradox. The only reason old Claudia knows what will happen is because she has already experienced it; as young Claudia. But the only reason young Claudia goes to the window is because old Claudia told her to. They're eternally influencing each other.

I just love Claudia. Her appearance, her face, her expressions, her ideas and character. She's definitely my favorite on the show <3 Dark is amazing and I'm glad I watched it all.

Fun fact: One of the world's most famous missing child's cases Johnny Gosch from West Des Moines Iowa, disappeared on a paper run early September 1982. He had a dog named 'Gretchen' who was with him the morning he went missing.

I have the same reaction to this scene every single time i watch it! One of the best scenes.

Julika Jenkins plays this so well. The fear that comes from existential dread. The realization that not only is your concept of the universe fundamentally inaccurate, but that your future is set, and you are looking at it in the face.

Is no one acknowledging the fact that this scene and the scene shown in s3 are different which shows everything happening in S3 was happening for the first time. And hence the loop breaks:)))))

How future Claudia knew what is going to happen when Past Claudia seems in the window, if future Claudia remember it is because she had to be over here in the moment in some moment of the time but in that moment she was with past Claudia and past Claudia just seems by the window because future Claudia told her to do it, but that was the first time for the both Claudia's, never some Claudia was in the other room to live the events like the pincel drop and know that is going to happen :0

I've been asking myself , since all this is, and always has been a loop, at some point, all these things had to have happened for the first time. That would've made an equally interesting show or novel.

It’s honestly amazing how old Claudia looks so similar to child Claudia, as if they actually related in real life. Their eye and face shape is near identical, casting is amazing.

Was it ever mentioned how come Gretchen didn’t die and have her eardrums bursted just like the birds and sheep?

According to “Dead Animals” on Dark Wiki: “Every time a time anomaly happens in Winden, the wormhole inside the caves emits a loud sound that can be heard from miles. The frequency appears to be inaudible to people, unless they're close to the cave openings. It however affects animals - both sheep and birds had their eardrums ruptured.”

Since dogs have a higher hearing frequency than humans and Gretchen was in fact near/inside the cave, kind of confused how this didn’t affect her as well when she went through the cave portal with old Claudia.

I loved Claudia from the beginning: the style, the act. And though appearing cold, she did all this just to safe her daughter!

amazing how claudia was just a player in the game but beat both adam and eve in the end. even made them realize what had to be done. I loved this character from her first scene, Im glad I didnt believe she was the darkness and evil.

some people seem to have forgotten that claudia is a nuclear physicist and she is of course, smarter and cunning then the two school dropout’s Adam (Jonas) and Eva (Martha) who really believed they knew what was going on

So when does younger Claudia experience everything that older Claudia is telling her to look at? If she's telling her to look, she's not experiencing it on her own. So how does she know all of that is about to happen?
