it's amazing how blacks are they tell each other the N word like it's nothing but if a white person does it he/she will get crucified. Police officers are human beings with feelings and emotions.

People need to stop and consider that while her actions were clearly wrong and clearly concerning, it is highly likely that this job helped turn her that way. Not everyone is cut out to deal every day with the evil, the perverted, the violent, the murderous and the deceptive. I left the adult probation profession, and it wasn't until AFTER I got out that I saw the toll that it took on me emotionally.

As if the subject matter isn't hard enough to deal with, the internal politics are sometimes even more toxic. It's probably been time for her to get out for the last few years, but when you have invested that much time into a job with a public pension system, you're convinced that you have to stick it out.

It's all a lie, of course, and life gets better after you leave. But every fear and insecurity kicks into overdrive before you actually get out.

These are simply words. Seems like her on-duty ACTIONS should carry way more weight. Where is the footage of her violating rights? She was flipped off, but did not react with ACTIONS. No. She respected the person's first amendment right to flip her off, and that's actually kind of impressive.

As a mixed race person raised European who can pass as white and mix with blacks, almost every white person i have met in my life hates black people because of the black culture. I would have to guess that most white cops who deal with the lowest form of black criminals every day would almost all use the "n" word. But the white racism pales in comparison to black people's racism that is deeply ingrained and pervasive. To blacks EVERYTHING has to do with race. They are shackled by the vestiges of their past that they collectively can't overcome, so it sits a perpetual monkey on their backs representing an all consuming bitterness blocking them from being truly happy and free. It sickens me to hear black people calling themselves the "n" word often multiple times in a sentence sadly subconsciously reinforcing their own low selfimages to a degree that makes you believe that ACTUAL SLAVES must had more self respect than present day black people who delight in listening to music that repeats the "n" word over and over in a self flatulating Freudian ritual that reflects their despair. I don't agree that this person's racist rant, is normal behavior for police officers, or even normal behavior when she is is in her circle of friends---I actually don't believe that most cops are racist---Some definitely are, but, I think that most are not. What I believe, is that she (and many other people like her) should never have put on a badge.

As a cop (especially in a large city) you will see the best, and the worst, aspects of human beings. Cops being cops, they tend to see more of the ugly side of life. If you put a tiny drop of ink, in a large amount of clear water, you won't see any difference, at first---But, if you keep adding ink, the water is gonna change...I think that over the years, she saw too many things that she was not able to process, and stopped seeing people, as individuals; as human. Once that happens...We need to raise the minimum psychological qualifications for who can be a police officer. And they should have to re-qualify every 5 years.
