Shopify DAWN vs IMPULSE [ Which Theme is Better for Clothing Stores ]

Would love an honest opinion, which free theme is best for online jewelry shop. 🙏

Is this theme suitable for a pet store?

Is it fair to compare a paid theme against a paid theme? I don't know if the expectation should be the same.

Dawn 10 with its addition of multiple color schemes has been a HUGE improvement. That has been a major pain point for me when it comes to site designs. Beyond that, I have not yet tried Impulse, but I have designed a few sites using Expanse, and I am a big fan. There are certainly a few features that Expanse has that I miss in Dawn, but often times, I can make the client happy with a bit of custom code, which still comes in under the $350 price tag. Which, yes, is a sticking point for smaller shops.
