He only founded one company, co founded another and it failed miserably. Founders talk mainly about how he almost ruined their businesses.

Curiously statistics have shown that depression, generalized and anxiety disorders amongst youth have skyrocketed since the advent of social media- yet you guys consider it to be the solution to suicide and depression. 🤔

It’s interesting how it feels like he’s coming from the right place - people’s need to connect and to believe in something - but the solution is completely off. Wouldn’t it be much better to not replace human interaction with AI but to augment it with it?

I wouldn’t like a chatbot that replaces my friend, but to have an agent who helps me nourish, develop and mediate my friendships sounds like something that could be interesting and useful to explore.
