I have been struggling a lot with getting my runs in and now that my race is nearing I am so worried... but this video helped me figure out what I have been doing wrong and I am definitely going to start implementing some of these advice!

Thank you for the inspiration I also just started my fitness journey not so long ago, but I might have a problem with the camera thing. Yes it’s true that people don’t care (they really don’t) but if you’re going to film I think it’s best to ask people if they’re comfortable appearing in your shot because a girl did that in my first few days and I froze mid workout cause I didn’t feel comfortable appearing in the background and I was still battling anxiety so you can imagine me looking dumb with improper form on top of that 😭😂.

As of now I’m sticking to 3-4 days & I start today ! Thing is I have to lose at least 10lb by November lol!! I want to wear a dress for my baby’s baptism celebration 😢

I teach aquatic exercise (Aqua Zumba mostly), and I always encourage folks to use the pool if it’s available. Not only does the pool keep you cool, safe, and inconspicuous (nobody can see what’s going on under the water), but the aquatic exercisers are the sweetest people!! When I started at the gym, I worked out with the senior citizens. They make it fun and social! Still love them!

I got a years gym membership today, and I have a gym orientation tomorrow morning. I’m 39 and I’ve never been before, and am underweight as I had a long term illness. I want to build strength and be healthier. When I was a child, my family were part of a close knit karate association, so I am hoping to find a sense of community too.

I really needed this video! I have huge anxiety and depression and body image issues and I finally convinced myself to register in the nearby gym. Still totally TERRIFIED of going there on Monday but I know I need to do it to improve my mental health 🫠 Like you said, I need to make it a priority instead of an annoying chore.

Love this thank you. I’m sooo inconsistent but I used to always be consistent with walking at least - now I haven’t even been consistent with that, and I’m the heaviest and biggest I’ve ever been!

I’m literally in an oversized hoodie at the gym right now, and in a non peak hour (no one is here currently). I’m just trying to push through the first few weeks and hoping it will get easier!

I don’t really care about my body but I have rosacea and one of my biggest triggers is exercise, It’s not the little cute flush, I become so red that I look like I am going to explode. What can I do to avoid people coming up to me and loosing focus? Also most of the times it flares up for the WHOLE month after an intense workout and I can’t seem to find a workout that doesn’t do that…

I have a solid routine but I procrastinate so hard like I have the time I have the motivation but I always choose sleep😂 the good thing is though when I mess up I can hop back on pretty easily

When I first started working out, I was going in swinging, I had huge ambitions however, I was unrealistic. Being tossed by the waves of body builders and HIIT workout enthusiasts. I realize though. Fitness, when it comes to all the trends and popular opinion just create a huge headache and I still end up lost. I took it upon myself to just walk more through the incentivized programs like Sweatcoin which actively awarded me perks for just walking everyday. I’m a strong walker. That’s my forte. I plan to start running on the treadmill and competing in AI World Treadmill Running competitions (look it up :) ) I still want to see what your channel has to say so I’m subbed.

WEEK 1 complete! I love how it eases you back in to working out. Which was very important to me because I have to be very physical at work and was afraid that I would be too sore to still do my best at work.

It’s so true though, when I stopped working out for a visual difference and started working out for health reasons I began to be so much more consistent. I go to the gym every other day and have been for over 2 months now.

Thankyou queen for this video I started working out at home because I was always scared and insecure about going to gym but I'd give up and it's been a couple of months and this video made me realise that I actually don't have a full plan sometimes I wing it then when I don't feel like it or that negative mindset comes along I always listen to it but watching your video has made me realise that I need to get back on it again and stop listening to my negative mindset and start being kinda to myself...I wanna workout maybe yes to get fit but to also help me mentally and physically of course but finally look at myself and not be disgusted but proud of what I have started I've always started workouts really well but then 5-6 or even 7 months later I have completely given up 😅 but thankyou for this video and I definitely need to start a routine that works with me instead of these unrealistic expectations of myself so thankyou so much
