Export template into Bicep or Terraform is in the Release Candidate Azure portal!

Exporting resource templates to bicep and terraform is already in the Release Candidate portal! Now, you can only export templates from the Azure Portal into the ARM. Then, depending on how you manage your infrastructure, you have to transform ARM templates into Bicep or Terraform. We will be able to get this automatically soon!

Also, the TitansForge project will allow us to discuss things like this and many, many more on a much deeper level!
