We may not have well-defined regulations, but there are still rules to follow. Did Coinbase adhere to those rules when they went public without being registered as a broker? They can't act like victims because we all know that their main focus is on making profits. They can't fool us. 😏

Coinbase definitely deserves to be under investigation. I mean, they're handing over user data to the IRS and even the ICE. How can anyone trust an exchange that's just selling away your personal information like that? It's a serious breach of trust, if you ask me.

I could totally appreciate fighting on our behalf but at some point an olive branch needs to be extended on both ends. We need clarity as Brian mentioned but we also need assurance that the rules arent going to change to facilitate someones agenda down the road. Drop the lawsuit, resolve the complaints, and be the first crypto exchange to operate with complete legality and hopefully worry free.

Not sure how to take the interviewee, line of the questioning seems to be loaded and lead on behalf of the SEC.

It's time to put the SEC back in their place. They are going on a rampage for political reasons and are clearly being supported by the Biden administration. They are not protecting investors by dumping the whole market to oblivion. It's clear that their real goal is not protection and that's not the job of the SEC.

The CEO was amazing and it is a historical shame for USA & their Officials what is happening. USA was a serious country in the past, now something is very wrong.
