I’m so happy I found your website. You take your time and explain with enough time to follow and process. My only take away is I can’t get a full screen on my iPad. I usually can. Is it the website? Thank you again for my start to yoga again.

Got to the Day 2. Feels good so far. Wasn't sure about the elbows position - they tend to turn inside while I try to keep them straight. Very detailed explanation of lower cobra. Thank you!

This is amazing. How clear the instructions are. I love how you said it doesn't matter whether you took breaks or how you did it, but just that you showed up! That is the goal this year- to be consistent. Thank you!

Enjoyed this !! Nice to refresh learning the proper alignment. I always think I'm not doing correct way. Can't believe how just a simple pose can be so strengthening done the "right way " !! Thank you, loved the affirmation at end was powerful 🙏

I love how the videos bring you back to basics to truly work on form and making sure you don't injure yourself. From your other videos "strengthen don't strain"

Day 2 of 6 week Beginner To Yogi Challenge: I’m able to feel my arms working when holding a high plank and I’m also able to lower down to a low plank with more control ☺️.

Hi! i've been wondering: when you transition from a position (e.g. belly shavasana) to a child's pose, does it matter if you transition through table top or if you just do it however?

Thank you so much for this 7-day beginner yoga challenge. It finally got me re-started with yoga and helps me ground myself.

Another great strength stretch on this 2nd day of my yoga journey. I love how gentle the exercises were yet I still feel the strength in my back and core. Also, I loved your positive words at the end Sarah Beth, I need to remind myself of this daily! Thank you 🙏🏻

Any recommendations for day 2? I don't have enough strength in back or arms to lift in cobra, but I think it also be the scoliosis in my back. Have always had this problem with push ups as well.
I will continue anyway--the strong yoga hands/fingers I think will help me also. So thankful that you provide these beginner classes.

Sara Beth. I have practiced yoga consistently for 15 years then inconsistently for 5. How great to go back to basics with attention and focus on proper positions, placements, points of contact for safety and strength and breath. All so key to remind me how to practice for strength and safety before I begin long group classes. I've aged and need to build strength without compromising my structure. Thank you

i really want to do yoga, but my right wrist hurts in table top, and my right knee hurts in child pose. are there any modifications, or should I just not do yoga. i believe it's my arthritic 68 yr old body saying, "enough".

I came here from the 7 day challenge, and first of all, I am really glad this exist, its great for me even tho I had trouble working out my whole life.

I do, however have one question and I hope someone can help me: I really have trouble laying on my belly for the resting pose where you have to place your ear on the mat. The low cobra is no problem, it is really the laying part as my chest is quite big and it really hurts when I try to bring my head down to the mat (specifically, my chest hurts because its getting pressed into the mat so much, my neck feels strain but not too bad) but I am unsure how I can modify this position to help with this problem?
Placing my fist under my shoulder helped with the neck strain but my chest problem prevailed.
