Now all of a sudden no seizures! Now I'm having painful sinus problems! What's next a itchy ear ache but wait a minute I already was treated for a undiganosed ear ache! And my family doctor gave me air drops! Things are getting old mental health!

There is only one disease, it's mucus! I think if we change our diet, exercise and stress levels, these symptoms will go away

Anyone else get pains in these areas when it's cold? Everytime I walk into a grocery store and I'm near the freezers or any cold area my eyes and the rest of my face start to hurt until I put something warm over it.

1-2 Benadryls paired with 1 excedrin helps me. Yesterday, I tried using the sinus inhaler with a Vicks vapor tablet on and off throughout the day, drinking hot tea, saline nasal spray (in a neti pot kinda way.. but it never passes to my other nostril), and drinking lots of water, and the help of a sinus heating pad (like a heated eye mask with the eye area open)… it helped for general sinus pain but today… with my only symptom being a sinus migraine… none of that worked 😓 I ended up vomiting twice (and trying to prevent vomiting again) and HAD to take pills. I was only trying non medicated techniques to see if it worked because I want to get pregnant some day … but I can’t imagine going a day without taking meds for this gosh darn sinus migraine 😓

My ent recommended a surgery to reduce my turbinates over a year ago but I didn’t go through with it because he couldn’t give me a yes or no about the surgery helping with my migraines… I don’t care about the stuffy nose… I just want this pain to go away! Without medication. Honestly.. it’s to the point where I think maybe surgery is my only hope now.

2 weeks of headaches now..@ times 10/10 pain other times 5/10 for over 20 yrs approximately every other year or so..finally getting to the root of it..I had a bad cold 4 wks ago..I am vegan so I avoid cheese which builds mucus also peanuts & bananas..will keep u posted on the outcome..🙏🏾

I am thinking this is me. I had strange health problems since 2008. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure when I graduated in 2008. I had so many symptoms and I went to many doctors, and I am still have symptoms. Right now is a new symptom. I am dizzy and lightheaded for over a week now. I had blood tests and the doctor said I am a little dehydrated, which does not make sense anyway. I am getting off of my amlodipine and switching to propranolol this weekend. So far, the propranolol is doing better maintaining my blood pressure. I am still lightheaded. I suspect it is sinuses because when I went to the dentist, they kept saying I have serious sinuses in my head. I had no clue sinuses could be this bad. I wonder if these are the root of all my health problems since 2008. I don't have any pain though.

Is it possible that cold air triggers a migraine like that? I've been suffering from headaches in the sinus-region for years; I'm one hundred percent certain it's linked to cold air; i can reduce my headaches by a significant percentage simply by keeping the sinus regions warm. An MRI scan yielded perfect sinuses though. So could this be a migraine that is triggered by cold air? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Guys! I found the cure!! Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). You can get over-the counter ones like Advil and Aleve.

AVOID any steriodal drugs like Tylenol or medical nasal sprays. Steroidal medicine weakens the immune system and increases the chances of infection.

I’ve been using a saline spray and Advil (5 times a day) and it is the only thing working for me!

I feel like my head is going to explode.

I had a lot of pressure and tiredness feeling in these areas, mostly around eyes and nose etc... The only thing that helped me was the spa (steam room + cold water ), twice a week. I stopped going spa because busy, and the feeling came back 😭.
