Over 130 inmates at Memphis jail are waiting to be picked up by state prison officials

More than 130 people at the Shelby County Jail should be in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Corrections. The Shelby County Sheriff's Office told FOX13 that they lose at least $22 a day housing the prisoners for the state.
