Superb, but couldn't you get a good drummer? Kidding, of course, Dave is a pinnacle tier favorite of mine. The word tight doesn't cover this, it's not strong enough, more like glued together.

I listen to "Melancholy Smile" thrice a week! And this is truly magnificent! Magical ! Dave Weckl is my favourite drummer, he can blend into anything. I miss that percussionist though...

Can you imagine one of the good ol' proud boys hearing this, "HEY, kaint yall play sompin we can line daince to, what the hail man"...

Such another astounding piece of musical craftmanship, I feel so blessed to discover such artistry almost every day here in YT, especially if Mr. Weckl is in on it, lol. Somehow these moments of grace, beauty, and perfection are always attempting to counterbalance all the hate, ignorance, and destruction the world has to offer. Thank you, gentlemen, for keeping us sane...

In 90s I was listening Dave Weckl performances in CDs of: Akoustic Band, GRP All Stars Big Band. Dave at that time shown already is incredible/superlative sound, touch and drumming capabilities, already at that time was clear that He is the number One. In this video he plays with so really great musicians just confirming his continuos growing....👏👏👏👏👏👏
