Honestly I feel like "Super Saiyan God" would have worked better as the title for Blue, and for the first form to be treated less as a transformation and more as a technique. Like, just learning how to use ki isn't treated as a transformation, nor is simply powering up. Why should learning to tap into a different kind of ki be treated as a transformation? Just call the red state "Using god ki" and then have Blue be the actual transformation.

All he had to do was listen and think about it then don't think about it and he would have understood. Let me clarify a taste of super Saiyan God gave him the ability to achieve super saiyan Blue. You daft pill bug.

it was easaier when it was just the one power up, sayian to super sayian, super sayian somthing that was meant to be a legend among sayians
now we have rainbow sayians giving people seizures because they cant pick a colour and stay with it

maaaybe a better way to show them getting stronger in power would be for the aura they have around them to be the only thing that changes colours, and even then only slightly

Everytime I think the dubbed version couldn't get worse, I see a video like this and cringe. the dialog is so terrible and why still not have a proper voice for Frieza? In the Japanese Version the dialog went like this...

Super really didn't help with the description but it's actually really simple. Divine Ki is a filter that they can put their forms through.

Base + Divine Ki = Super Saiyan God
Super Saiyan + Divine Ki = Super Saiyan Blue
Super Saiyan Grade 2 (Super Vegeta) + Divine Ki = Super Saiyan Blue Evolution.

Also Super Saiyan + Natural Divine Ki (from the essence of a god in the body of a Saiyan) = Super Saiyan Rosé instead.

And as a bonus, Super Dragon Ball Heroes shows Super Saiyan Rosé 2 and 3 as well. Though they don't exist in canon.

it's the super saiyan version of super saiyan god, pretty much like if ssg acted like a base form and blue acted like the regular super saiyan over the base form
