ОтветитьPlease consider Newport, OR as a charge space and operation space. We are the Wood’s Hole of the Pacific Coast. Also, I would be interested in using your motor system on my new Composite Airplane.
ОтветитьInsightful comment, "Mother nature's rules are fixed...!" Our adaptability to mitigate those rules and bend them to our advantages demands great thinkers such as those at Alia. I would only wish they have parachutes as the e lines could get shot for unforeseen reason at which point those on board would be at the mercy of the parachute.
ОтветитьWith the limited range, what happens if a pilot is still in the air when the battery runs dead? Yes, I know regular aircraft can run out of fuel, too, but what's the procedure for bringing down one of these birds on a dead battery.
ОтветитьI love Beta Technologies! What an incredible company doing amazing things. Thank you!💙🇺🇸💙
Ответитьpretty good CGI for a non existent EVTOL.
ОтветитьThis is by far the best evtol aircraft out there great design 👍🍺🍺🍺👍👍👍
ОтветитьThe future of flight, amazing aircraft!
ОтветитьVery innovative! The future of airlift! I hope your efforts will be successful!
ОтветитьSuper interesting!
I am a senior UAS(drone) engineer, I have been in the UAS business for more than 15 years and have seen what works and what doesn't for small UAS - and why. There are many ways to solve a problem, such as blood/organ transportation and in the last years small UAS solutions are becoming commercially viable. A small UAS can (technically) easily be deployed to solve the task, also for longer range flights. Just check Zipline.
However! There's a big obstacle for small UAS, which will always bear a risk - they are unmanned. And in the event of a total failure cannot directly be controlled by a human. Due to current regulations, this is a hard one to get around for small UAS. There are many ways to mitigate the risk of a small UAS loosing control and ultimately causing a hazard for air traffic or ground - but the risk will still be there, and so it will take many years of regulations, traffic authorities and standards to catch up to let small UAS "roam free" and unleash their full potential. It is similar barriers that unmanned cars face - There's a expectation that fully automated systems will work and behave correctly 100% (or as close to) when lives are at risk. However, when a human is operating a car or aircraft, we accept that the responsibility falls to the driver or pilot and thus can accept that accidents do happen.
What you have done by combining the upcoming technologies (similar to small UAS) in battery powered flight with manned aviation is in my opinion the right way to go about it for a first commercial success for these types new airborne vehicles. Adhering to existing regulations, procedures and rules for manned aviation will make it much more likely for authorities to accept these new class of aircrafts; that is electric fly-by-wire VTOL's.
Great video by the way!
นับว่าเป็นงานมีกี่ชิ้นที่ฉันประทับใจมากก่อนหน้านี้น่าจะเป็นเครื่องบิน ถึงออกแบบได้ดีมากรูปทรงวงรี
