#5: Build Docker Image using Jenkins Pipeline | Push Docker Image to Docker Hub using Jenkins

My jenkins pipeline is not able to configure docker...pls help us on configuring docker and maven in jenkins

I was learning Jenkins , thought Jenkins script was hard, but after watching video, i am very good

very helpful video, Installed all plugins but that Snapshot option is not coming !!

The expose in your dockerfile is not related to Jenkins 8080 port, it's the port in which your hello world container listens on wherever it's run..

May I know the importance of installing and running the maven before running the dockerfile, please? Also, what is the reason for the pom.xml?

i am getting error like this ool type "maven" does not have an install of "MAVEN" configured - did you mean "Maven3"? @ line 4, column 15.

@DevOps Hint i tried running the container, it is exiting within seconds and in docker logs showing no main manifest attribute. Can u plz help wd this?

just wondering why you used script block for docker command, I tried without script block and it worked for me.
