‘Complete disaster’: Zelensky ‘instigated’ explosive row with Trump

Sky News host Gabriella Power says Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to the Oval Office was a “complete disaster” and he only has himself to blame.

United States President Donald Trump has ordered a pause on the military aid it is providing to Ukraine in its conflict with Russia, according to a White House official.

“He visited the White House with the intent of signing a minerals deal with the US, which would have given his war-torn country a level of security by having a large American presence in Ukraine,” Ms Power said.

“But Zelensky ended up getting kicked out – with no deal signed – after instigating ... by kicking off one of the most explosive exchanges between world leaders that we've ever seen.”
