ОтветитьThank you 🙏🏼
ОтветитьThanks for this relaxing video.
Does this excercise also help to improve your HRV?
Amazing exercise ❤ Breath out through your mouth though right 🤔? Thanks 🙏🏻
ОтветитьI was so unsettled, antsy and full of angst. Halfway through the breathing exercises, I felt so calm that i kept nodding off. Thank you for this video
ОтветитьI'm confused because I thought exhaling through the nose was the best according to Nestor
Ответить2:1 Breathing is 2 breatha in 1 slow exhale
ОтветитьThank you :)
ОтветитьThis was great, now I want to sleep🌜💗🌛
ОтветитьJust what I needed thank you soo very much ...
ОтветитьVery Powerful Exercise
ОтветитьI have a job interview next week and I am so anxious
ОтветитьHi! I am brand new to your channel and brand new to the concept of controlled breathing other than the basic forcing it to slow down, deepen, belly breathing, be aware of your breathing etc. I don't know a single anything about it. I tried a beginner Wim Hof and almost passed out (not one from here). I'm trying to manage depression, anxiety, chronic pain, thunderstorm induced ptsd (due to a major accident), and basically not flipping out on my young children. I have exercise induced asthma and was born with severely underdeveloped lungs. I feel like my ability to move oxygen generally sucks. Anyway, sorry for being long winded (haha). I'm going to try this one later.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьI learned this breath technique about 10 years back from a pain management specialist. I still use it daily as a way of eliciting calmness in my entire nervous system, body and mind [particularly in these stressful times]. It is a most effective technique, especially when used to clear the mind of worry prior to going to sleep. Highly recommend it.😊
ОтветитьAbsolutely amazing and so so helpful- thank you so much 😊
ОтветитьFound this a great way to unwind.....THANK YOU
ОтветитьI work in a call center, where I will be answering hundreds of call each day. By the time I finish my work I used to feel my lungs are aching. Thanks to this video, after stai doing this breathing exercise every day, I feel so good and even my blood pressure has come down. This is great.
ОтветитьJust what I needed thank you. Having lavender oil nearby and getting a wiff of it whilst doing this exercise helps to calm down as well
ОтветитьThank you for the video. However I'm a little confused, are we being told to breathe out through pursed lips or through the nose? Appreciate if you can clear that up for me. Thanks
ОтветитьI felt relaxed and grateful after doing this routine! Thank you for the reminder to breath with the diaphragm!!
ОтветитьExcellent.
ОтветитьThanks and love from Belize
ОтветитьI wish I could "like" a thousand times. I am on a 21 days transformation journey. Thank you!❤
ОтветитьThis was very relaxing to do, but if anyone could help me understand an issue I had while doing this exercise I would greatly appreciate it. So, after a few breaths I started to get a headache the pain was in the front over my right eye, why did this happen could I have been possibly doing the exercise wrong?
ОтветитьGreat....!...,out anxiety..🙏
ОтветитьSame here
ОтветитьFor years I wasted my time procrastinating on my life, my mental and physical health started to suffer. Luckily I turned it all around thanks to Forwago. Recommended!
ОтветитьWords simply can not describe how helpful to me Forwago is. It completely changed the way I think and feel about everyday things. This program is too good and it is too bad that many people don't know about it.
ОтветитьThanks for your wonderful breathing exercises going through a stressful time at the moment they are helping me get a good nights sleep wonderful
ОтветитьWill this help palpitations?
ОтветитьGuided breath works are really helpful. Great initiative.
ОтветитьFell asleep again. Thanks
ОтветитьThank You 😊❤️💕Happy New Year 2021 everyone Have a wonderful day Never Give Up Don’t quit it’s Going To Be Okay Be Still Everything be right
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьI didn''t underetannd. Mixed instructions. First is said you do outbreath with pursed lips and second instructions is throught the nose.
ОтветитьIt would be great if you could talk about the benefits of the breath (or breathing techniques) that are used in meditation with an actual meditation teacher or someone who has meditated for a long time. Like do they use any special breathing techniques to get into a deeper state or if they are irritated or angry (or any other emotion that they want to change) can or do they use the breath to help and if so how.
ОтветитьThank you for all you do...these exercises really work. I bought myself a T shirt for Xmas. Happy breathing folks.👍😄
ОтветитьIf this breathwork had 10/15 minuts of. Meditation with music in the end, that would be outstanding (just like others)
ОтветитьBreathing exercises are valid ways of lowering stress, anxiety, panic attacks but also insomnia. 2:1 is one of my favourite!
ОтветитьThat breath session felt amazing! Thank you for your great work!
ОтветитьReally great breath happy to have learned it here
Abrupt ending not good
For someone that suffers with stress and anxiety, this exercise really does help my day. Thanks again to this great channel for another helpful method. :-)
