The “Timeless Travel” research is the new Team rocket research. It’s the research we couldn’t finish. Naintic tricked us into thinking we were getting a new legendary so most of us started that research already so now when the new Team Rocket event happens we have to finish the “timeless travel” research to get the new one coming up.

Does anyone know for sure if weather affects the ivs of shadow Kyogre? Could the ivs be better if it's caught in rainy weather or does the weather not matter at all?
