You see, this is why you should just migrate over to the global version. You’d be able to read everything and the new banner format of the guaranteed features on the 3rd multi wouldn’t have confused you

The coins are limited coins. These Dokkan fest banners have pity now so if you have 200 coins you can trade for the new character (you’re pretty close). You can also trade copies of rainbow characters pulled for coins to help as well

The banner format changed when the 2 versions synced. Now any non special celebration dokkanfest banners are 2 multis and then a guaranteed featured character on the 3rd multi for 7 rotations. Also the green coin you can get the brand new unit for 200 coins which is about 1000 stones or any combination of stones and rainbow characters your able to sell for the green coin

So, this banner format guarantees you a featured character every third multi for the first seven rotations. They made the change a few months ago. Glad you got good luck, D!!
