On family farm in rural Kentucky, only raised the 2 best breed of cows, 1 ) black Angus & 2) hereford , I will put these up against any other breed, especially Texas longhorns, btw, wagu is still a black Angus cow that is treated with unbelievable care

If the feller wants a brush like that I have the exact same one, color & all, Rubbermaid or Oxo brands have them, silicone & rubber bristles so won't melt on the hot grill, Kohl's store has them or Amazon

This process will work on individual meat loaf , find the right press tool & sometimes the large hardware stores will have a tool that will work, usually in the masonry aisle with trowels, forming tools , etc... then put it on pans & bake, add your sauce, brown gravy, bbq sauce , ketchup , etc, before baking , you just want a sear on the meat loaves
