I am just finding this now, but thank you, it’s exactly what I was looking for! Man is postpartum humbling!😅 At 10 weeks PP now. Added baby to the glute bridges. 😊

Do you inhale while you’re doing the exercises to keep it tight or are you just saying keep it straight and firm when you say keep it tight ?

I'm almost a year postpartum, but I still come back to this video often - love the combination of exercises! The only thing I change for myself - maybe helpful for someone else: For the kegel exercise, I suggest to "kegel" or activate the pelvic floor BEFORE lifting the butt, in order to use this extra power and not have two seperate movements, if that makes sense. Otherwise perfect routine!! <3

My core is so weak! I tried to do a sit up for the first time a couple weeks ago and physically could not. This wasn't bad (at least now, I guess we'll see tomorrow). I might just keep it up!

I thought planks aren’t recommended for postpartum because they exacerbate diastasis recti?

I don’t usually comment but I have to say this is the best postpartum workout! I love that you get right to it and that you jut focus on the workout without the talking during the exercise. New subscriber!

You aren't meant to be doing planks really postpartum if your core is not recovered - especially if you have a diastasis I wouldn't include this in a postnatal workout (as a pre and postnatal PT) otherwise a fab workout

Almost 10 months pp with my second baby, I’ve been working out pretty intensely for months but noticed my progression slowed down dramatically. Totally failed to rebuild those deep core muscles, I thought they were okay but they’re clearly not😳 not too late though!
