@stetsondoggett why don’t you mention that Mint Mobile charges a fee which makes prices higher, and this is in addition to taxes. They false advertise. I switched to USMobile and I have been happy ever since.

Hey thank you so much for your video - this has been really helpful. You showed us both the best plan as well as the full list of plans by cost for the single user and family plan but you didn’t give us the full list of plans by cost for two user plans - could you make a post of a picture of that list please?

I'm a cellphone service seller and have a few different carrier stores. So far, the best carrier for family's is Cricket Wireless. They offer 5/$130 for truly unlimited plan and free Max. Boost Mobile offers the same truly unlimited plan without perks and for twice the amount at $60 each plan. Metro offers 4/$100 Unlimited Plan, slightly slows after 35gb

Visible is trash. I bought an Apple Watch cellular model and added it to my plan over a year ago and then after a few weeks it would not receive or send texts or receive calls but I could call out. Support are the dumbest group of ppl I’ve ever had to deal with an after 2 months of trying to fix the issue with my watch not working correctly and the saying they would send it to the support team to get it fixed and the getting email after email each time saying th found and fixed the problem and the following the steps they provided each and every time, they in fact never fixed it like they kept saying. They are dogshit and I wasted money on a cellular Apple Watch and just switched to another service. Unfortunately no other cheap services have Apple Watch add on plans and I refuse to pay like $80 for a single line with Verizon directly or something just to add a watch and for other features that I would never use for that high amount of money.

On ATT unlimited Starter with 3 people.

i dont have the bill infront of me for a breakdown right now, but my total is about $185/month.
that includes paying off 3 phones.

2 biggest dislikes are SD streaming cap, and only 3gb of hotspot.

the 3gb is good in a pinch, but not enough for real usage.

I feel like AT&T's 12 month unlimited plan should be discussed as well. It's better than the mint 12 month plan, as it includes 16 gigs of 5G then slows to 3G speeds, and then 10 gigs of 5G hotspot that slows to 2G speeds after. AT&T also has a network of wi-fi passpoints where your phone will automatically connect to the AT&T wifi network and so you're not using your 16 gigs if you dont have to.
EDIT: The wifi passpoint network is in major cities and such, so not countrywide.

It looks like International Roaming is not on the US Mobile Starter Plan, but their Premium Plan only.

My Google Fi did not work in Italy in September 2023. I believe I had barely one whole day of service when you put together the minutes and hours that it actually worked. I am really suspicious of Google Fi at the moment.

The minute I arrived back in the States, I switched to Visible Wireless and it's only okay for now.

Out of all the prepaid carriers I had visible is the best one for me. I only pay 35 dollars a month because they had a new customer promotion on the 45 dollar plan at that time. The service is great especially the unlimited hotspot.

Really good for those of us with 3-4 lines. I wish that you would include device protection plans in the pricing comparisons. Also, Verizon is currently offering free iPad and Apple watch so now I'm wondering how this changes the monthly price comparison on 4+ lines?

Stetson, you really helped me switch from AT&T Postpaid to Mint. I was paying $73/month for wireless with a discount, which jumped to $93 once I switched to Google Fiber for internet from AT&T. I got the 3 months at $15/month plan. Then Amex offered a $25 back if I spent $49+ with Mint. I signed up for 6 more months.
I'm paying just $15.50/month.

I would encourage everyone to switch to prepaid plans. Just buy your phone straight out like I did and used to do. I buy my Samsung Fold or Flip from Samsung, and then the next year or two trade it in directly with Samsung and pay almost nothing. Save a ton on wireless and upgrade your phone for almost nothing. Thanks S.

Please note, Visible might be ok if everything goes ok. But I've been without phone service for days and it will be another two days before they send me my replacement sim card. Once they've cancelled your old carrier there's nothing they will do to help you if there's a problem. Customer service is through facebook messenger. I will report back if or when I get service.

On the 4-lines, T-Mobiel Go5G Plus for $185/mo already includes Taxes & Fees. While the AT&T Unlimited Starter at $156.92 has not yet included the taxes and fees. The AT&T may end up more expensive than T-Mobile.

The boost infinite access for iPhone costs you $2412 over the next 36 months plus the iPhone's tax around $100-150 right? If you go Visible for $25 a month that is $900 over 36 months. An iPhone 15 Pro Max is $1200 + the Visible 36 months equals $2100. You're not really getting a free iPhone at all it's just a trap to get you under their contract for a long 36 months. Sorry

I use Mint Mobile, for my location it absolutely took care of the coverage issues I was having prior with Verison. The location of my work had weak coverage on Verisons network however with mint on t-mobiles network I have full signal strength. I also find it very nice to just pay for my phone plan once a year and forget about it. Have never run out of my 15gb of high-speed coverage even using a hotspot on business trips. I have had one issue where I could tell that my line was deprioritized since the people I was with had great service and were able to run applications with no problem however while I had good signal but my internet speeds were much slower. Overall I have found that their service meets my needs and with only having that one issue I can't complain.

I have visible and love it. I never have an issue at all. I don't look at what speed I get as long as I can stream music and video which I have without issue I don't care what the speeds are. I use the hotspot to stream Netflix to my smart tv and it works as if I was connected to home wifi. I don't even look at the speeds. With today's technology and networks as long as I don't get buffering like we did 20 years ago I am happy. I would recommend Visible can't beat it for the price and the service is great.
