Very informative video
ОтветитьJust look how organized and clean the streets of Japan are. Their way of life is naturally organized. Americans? Lol. We are animals.
Ответитьgreat video, lean made everything easy to understand and do
ОтветитьThis is fantastic and so inspiring!
ОтветитьNever heard of lean
ОтветитьYou always have great videos. Full of practical knowledge. No useless hype just to sell the video or click baits. I like your style or interviews.
Ответитьthanks a lot. This is a great video about Lean indeed. However the workers' safety in that factory is not as respected as the lean thinking.
ОтветитьI first heard of Lean Manufacturing during my Automotive Engineering degree I can admit that I only fully understood it when I started working for Nissan Manufacturing and I encourage students to take on work placements
ОтветитьThanks for effective communication .Millions of thanks
ОтветитьThe level of engineering and innovation showcased here is truly impressive. I was captivated from start to finish, watching the incredible machines being designed and built with such precision and skill. The attention to detail and the passion for their craft is evident in every aspect of this video. It's amazing to see how Armbruster Engineering pushes the boundaries of what's possible.
ОтветитьI would love to see this in a full office business. Accounting firms? Income Tax preparation firm? I love your videos.
Ответитьwould absolutly love a follow up with this guy post covid.
ОтветитьLean should be taught in school. It can be applied in every aspect of life, not just the workplace…
Ответить2 Second Lean started our company on the path to Lean Manufacturing. Every meaningful advance here comes from us adopting the concepts we first learned from Paul. Eliminating waste, building a culture of mutual respect, constant improvement became the core values of our company. When we began, Paul took the time to speak with me several times via Skype while we got our footing, then lost our footing and found it again.
ОтветитьThe 3's are a great system to operate on and basically implement in everyday life. Good stuff, outstanding...
ОтветитьThis is great. I have a lot to learn
ОтветитьNow that I watched the complete episode 1 I’m thrilled to be able to squeeze in another one before my work at Amazon FC OLM1. One day soon I’d enjoy a coffee with Paul Akers. Happy Easter everyone! Peace out…,
ОтветитьThis show is highly valuable for anyone in production or manufacturing. Thanks guys!
ОтветитьThe camera dude needs to learn to pull focus lol
ОтветитьThank you...thus is awesome
ОтветитьI would love to work at a place like this.
Ответитьsuper interesting thank you. perfect for my oral exam i think 😆
Ответитьthank you. very helpful
ОтветитьI use his products everyday
Ответить5s
ОтветитьI once worked for a. Window manufacturer was somewhat similar I learned how to work together. Plus we had freedom. We knew what to do to fix the problems I never found another place to work like it we were happy to work .
ОтветитьMuda? In anime it's usually translated as "useless." Pretty interesting to see another interpretation of the word, neat!
Resuming video
Paul, where can I get a hat like yours?
ОтветитьI LOVE UPFLIP! I LOVE UPFLIP! AND I LOVE UPFLIP. My teacher Chuck at WA taught us about Kaizen and early Toyota? or Datsun manufacture and the practical and attainable ethics of Kaizen. No one has arrived until their life ethic is all about cutting waste and improving the quality of life of everything they touch, like a true Midas harming nothing, and upflipping everything! It is like how yeast moves through bread dough and changes everything from a blob to a light and yummy cheese brioche. UPFLIP you Rock! (Tell me if you made the child entrepreneur videos for the kideos?) Please! Thank you, Suzay
Ответитьthis dude absolutely loves himself lmao
ОтветитьBullshit
ОтветитьWe learned this in first grade and it wasnt a public school
ОтветитьThis video is so great that you can see every lean tool used in the workshop and why they're in need. Good job! I still see opportunities to improve. Mostly because there is no software in place. Lots of software solutions apply the Lean process to manufacturing and eliminate manual tasks. Data is critical to improving process flow. Paper can only ever be in one location at a time. Still, the concepts discussed in this video are very valuable.
Ответить27 minutes in, discussing how profit cant be the main motive of it, reminds me of the food truck guy from Syria, who was also the same way. Put customer first (and the profits will come), put profits first, and the customers wont keep coming back.
He didnt say it that detailed, but thats the jist of it.
I would work there for free, but they don't let you have a smart phone.
ОтветитьI have a Lean nightmare story. We had workers in our company putting products in containers. They were so skilled at it that some would have seven or even ten empty containers in one hand while using the other hand to speedily put the products inside. Then one guy walked in and was all "you're only allowed to have one container in your hand at a time. It's one-piece! It's lean manufacturing!" and obviously the worker's productivity decreased... I don't know if he was expecting someone's left hand to have management cost if you store too many items in it or what.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this video, I liked the custom bin that you can just slide the parts from the work ben instead of leaning down and pick up the parts from the floor, put in the work ben, the put them down again…I will for sure apply that cool method to my work!!! Thank you!
ОтветитьIf he is so inspired by japaneese then why hw isn't automizing anything. That custom piece coud have been easily done by a mashine. It would have been even fater than 8 hours. Or a double drill with adjostable diameter between the drills
ОтветитьBra i thought y’all was gon teach me how to make sum drank 😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьBad focus
ОтветитьAwesome Video. Paul A. is on FIRE! :)
ОтветитьThis is one of the most enlightening session I had in my professional career. Think about life the same way and you'll die satisfied. (Buddha)
ОтветитьHis genius is NOT the crap that is in this BOOK but getting idiots to BUY his crap. My opinion
ОтветитьIf U shipping around the WORLD 2 containers is a JOKE. My opinion
ОтветитьBS !!! TELL us this example !!! All verbal diarrhea. My opinion
Ответить
