I declutter/clean before decorating for Christmas as well. Outdoors is usually done by 2nd week of November but no lights come on till December 1st. So, I don’t think you are behind at all!
I am a top sheet gal but my three adult children are not 🤷‍♀️
My project yesterday was to set up my Hot Cocoa Bar. The Christmasy details will come later. And today is do-nothing day! 😁

Hey henia ,I don't think having the knifes on top of the refrigerator is safe, it may fell off and hurt you guys or the kids , for example sometimes we moms are in a hurry and you can open the cabinet door is on top and accidentally hit the knifes and fall , or kids can run around the kitchen and hit the fridge and knifes will fall , I'm just saying you might think is safer so kids don't Play with knifes but is not safe at all, just bring them down in the counter and tell your kids not to play with knifes all kids know that.

Well I've enjoyed your vlog lot's of work. Children can be lot's of keeping up with they get into everything and love to climb I'm not so sure about knifes I would not begin to know where to put such a thing with small children my animals are just as nosy just like dryer sheets I hear will kill cat's. I need to get a book on thing's that are deadly to cat's as I love animals the knife thing maybe put away till they get some older just a thought. 🌹

Another enjoyable video! I enjoy cleaning before putting up the decorations around 1st December! I then enjoy having a good clean up when I take them down. You always do a good job.

It all looks great, but I especially like the main bedroom transformation. The Hobby Lobby green branches are very nice. The room does look very relaxing.

Hi. I have only one daughter so she truely enjoyed spending time with her friends af school or pre school. I must say this year was the most difficult for me. She's now 19 and went studying nearly 400 kilometres from home and that was difficult to let go.see her only one weekend in two months

That bookshelf is super awesome.i would stitch it by hand or machine at the part where the book lands. If it makes sense.then you lift the shelf width especially for smaller books. Just an idea

It’s really funny about the top sheets but I also think it’s generational. I’m Gen X and I wouldn’t give up my top sheet if you pried it from my cold dead body. But my sons (Millenial and Gen z) refuse to use one—so much so that I just gave up buying top sheets for them.

Love the motivation to declutter ❤ Also watch out with the salt lamp and your kitty. They have had cats and dogs lick them and die. I guess it’s like how they lick the salt off our skin and like it. But they don’t know to stop and can get too much. It scared me I moved my salt lamp where my dog couldn’t get to it but with kitties they can jump on everything. Just wanted to let you know so nothing happens to your fur baby. ❤
