We screen residents, complete a video walk through, and confirm utility transfers, prior to move in. We stay in touch and respond quickly to maintenance requests. We are keen on eliminating unnecessary expenses, by means of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. We require vendors and tenants to provide before and after pictures of any and all repairs. Why? Simple: Documentation beats conversation.

Our rates start as low as 6% for residential management, 15% for vacation rental management, and 4% or less, for portfolios larger than 100+ units.
