The wood needed lathes and milling to make a lot of that, some hardware is very modern, yet the structure indicates 1900. Electrical anything wasn’t around. Movie set.

This is my family’s property the main building is the old farm house and the rest are buildings that where built for movies. There was a lot of movies made there. Little tree,
Nouvelle France and many many more.

So why is the narrator wearing a MN ask in the middle of nowhere?🙄. Ruins an otherwise interesting video,👎

It looks like it could have been a film/movie set that has basically deteriorated by the elements.

Wish I knew where this was exactly, I live in southern Ontario so I’d only be a couple hours away.

From the first aerial shot, I was reminded of a movie called BABETTES FEAST. A story about a small community built around a very conservative church. When the housekeeper, BABETTE, wins a lottery, she decides to put on an elaborate gourmet feast for the church members. Brilliant movie. Thanks for the reminder.

I thought this was a haunted house thing. I drove through with my kids, because people were ahead of us doing the same. Someone came outta nowhere on an ATV and a shotgun telling us to leave! Not the same place actually because this was in BC. WAS THE SCARIEST THING EVER
