ОтветитьI make 80-85 hidratation but this is Roma style. Made with stronger flouar
ОтветитьI made pistachio pizza with ricotta, sun dried tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. I didn’t have pistachio paste, because Houston area isn’t known for Italian anything, so.. I ground them in a spice grinder. It needed more oil and water that way.
Pizza dough was really good, the pistachio flavor was subtle. Walnut might be nice too, maybe with roasted peppers 😋
Can you make a pizza over a campfire.

ОтветитьWhy would anyone prefer Italian marshmello pizza to USA pineapple pizza? Because of their addiction to it having more sugar.
ОтветитьU both guys are mind-blowingly amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
What a treat to our eyes
Excellent 🙏🙏🙏
I'll have to try these. So far I've only made a "dessert" pizza that uses standard neapolitan-style dough, which I par-bake, then top with caramel sauce and sliced bananas before going back in the oven to heat it all up. I then dust the outer crust with powdered sugar (fully coated like a beignet). It's delicious, but these look pretty amazing.
ОтветитьBeautiful
