Is ice set better or quantum ? Hard to farm the Ice set 😢

Use crit dmg body with crit rate substats, get at least 38% crit rate overall so you can be at 100% with Fu Xuan, and Rutilant planers for more skill dmg. Other than those things, he’s pretty good.

She already gets 50% crit for free, plus Fu Xuan’s 12%, so you might as well try for 100% crit rate during her install, then you can go all into crit dmg.

And if you have Bronya or Sparkle, you can run Jingliu at 135 speed with Bronya/Sparkle at 134. But that’s a little harder to tune for, so you can save it for later.

Guys i have a question. Is Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters good also for jingliu. Farming them like a mofo for acheron but i think will not pull for her since she’s not f2p friendly (needing her sig lc) but also for my doc ratio is it good for her considering pela will provide the debuffs?

Actually, if you're using JL's LC, then the Quantum set is better in 99.9% of scenarios even against non-quantum weak enemies. The only scenario where the Ice set is better is if you can achieve 100% def down naturally, so in a Pela + SW team, and even then, it's only by less than 1%.

The Ice set also sucks with advanced forward supports like Sparkle and Bronya because 1) they reduce the already low 2-turn buff uptime and 2) the CDMG buff is diluted by their respective CDMG buffs.

You should use the Quantum set for Jing Liu cuz it’s legit her best set ahead of the ice one
