Hello Kevin, my daughter just turned 8. I will like for you to drill her on generating power, relaxing the wrist and using her entire body... Where are you and how can we contact you?

This is probably the most useful info I've ever received from a forehand training. This helps to understand what I'm doing wrong when it falls apart and what I'm doing right when it's working. Thank you

I’ve always had a good forehand but it never looked like the pros and I had to generate a lot of the power and muscle through it which I never knew how to fix, this has massively helped my shot!

Sorry bro but in the modern tennis nobody hits the ball with right(stronger) leg off the ground. All the power comes from your position on the ground. Your stronger leg is up in the air so you got no power, just like in boxing but you're hitting a ball. Watch the professionals and you'll be surprised cuz the stronger foot is always hard standing on the ground.

A key thing that totally loosened up my strokes was a comment made to me during a lesson once….he said regarding a particular baseline forehand, “That’s the first stroke you’ve really TRUSTED today. Best shot of the day.” 💥🤯 Totally changed my understanding of what being tight meant. I trusted my form and most importantly, my timing to deliver the shot I intended to make-
