ОтветитьThanks!

ОтветитьThis is super cool for balance and agility. I might put my laptop on the floor for extra inspiration. Lol

ОтветитьI really want to thank you . You just made me so attentive to the ATM. It’s helping me a lot in regaining my flexibility. Even my knee pain is reduced and I opting for more body movements of all kind .
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьThank you so much for this game idea. I didn't realize how terrified I was of simply lifting my legs

ОтветитьHi Matt! I do a total body workout twice a week (and I run four times a week). I think my hip is a little bit week so I'd like to do some exercise to strenghten it from every direction. I tried this exercise and I feel my inner thighs and my glutes working. Does this exercise work the hip for every direction?
ОтветитьLove the PSA at the beginning
Ответитьthat little parcour excercise just reminds me of my daily life with my cat 😂 need to move around him all the time because he likes to stay close to my feet when he wants something
ОтветитьJokes on you! I don't have to image walking around a 4 year old's toys. Or 6. 2. Heck, even 10 year old's toys!
ОтветитьHello Matt, I watch you often. Your one of my favorite go to videos. I've learned so much while being entertained. It's been very enjoyable while I've been improving with your help.
ОтветитьYou don't know messy, Grasshopper.
ОтветитьDanke!
ОтветитьYou should use Lego bricks. Nothing hurts like treading on Lego!
ОтветитьI have trouble with balance… SUPER clumsy!! Once or twice a week I can throw stuff on the floor and practice different ways to walk around it. Btw, my teenagers must already know this technique 😏. Love your video…thank you!
ОтветитьIn addition to excellent balance and stability exercises, you obviously support literacy and imagination! Thank you!
ОтветитьGreat videos! Any thoughts or videos on correcting knock knees or knee vulgus? Thanks!
ОтветитьWho are you? Why did you pop up in my recommendations? And why did I binge watch so many videos? And why did you speak german in (at least) in one of them?
I'm german that confused me for a sec. 🤣
I am 75 and need my balance to stay independent.
So thank you for giving me so.many idea's to help my balance.
It is the one thing that makes the elderly loose there confidence.
I am beginning with simple one leg balance for 30 seconds on each leg.
And the obstacle cause I do 1 minute.
I hope to improve as the months go on.
Thanks again Rita
I'm able to do the one leg squats without falling over (not very deep though due to poor dorsiflexion), but they are very hard on my knees. Does that mean I'm doing them wrong or are my knees just not strong enough yet?
ОтветитьNot just ANY toys… LEGOs…OUCH!!
ОтветитьYou are a amazing teacher 🙏🕊️
ОтветитьSuper helpful video! I like the one legged tippie-toe exercise... That's one I haven't seen before, just with both feet.
ОтветитьI have a large multicolored rug and just played the game stepping around on a single color. Hey, now I feel like that 4 year old.
ОтветитьAs always, great video. It's nice to find exercises that I can benefit greatly from that don't involve exerting myself.
I believe even young people would benefit from the things you recommend perhaps by grouping exercises together on a daily basis.
And some days my cat will volunteer to be an additional obstacle. :D
Back when I would regularly take public transit during rush hour and had to stand I would see how little I needed to hold the post.
Love this video! Very helpful- thanks!
