I always wander if you really can enjoy the delicious food. The big bite and quick shallow have me wandering if you really enjoyed the process. HaHaHa. Eat slowly, take smaller bite, chew slowly to enjoy the taste. Relax. The soft rice noodles goes well with lots of fried shallots. I don't see any fried shallotss on top. What a miss. Take 1 small plate & divide 2 portion so you can share eating comfortably.
