Made these 3 times already! They are really good, few people that tried it at first thought they were dry but then with the last bite they wanted more and everyone loved them! They are addicting. I used coconut flower (had that handy) instead of quinoa flower, and first time I followed the recipe with 2tbsp of coconut sugar but was too sweet in my opinion, so other batches I put only one. Great with milk, coffee, just so glad you shared the recipe!

Could I sub oat flour for quinoa flour (sadly, I am allergic to quinoa) ? Or another GF flour? Thank you! These look amazing and I love that they are oil free and WFPB :) !!!

Made them twice now; I substituted the flax egg with a chicken egg and it worked out! Also did oat flour inside of quinoa and it worked! YUM thank you for this recipe. I always have these ingredients at home so it is my to go recipe now 🙏🏽🥰

Looks yummy, though can’t be called “healthy”. Way too much sugar - granulated sugar, maple, chocolate chips.
