You all make and build beautiful homes ! Why not a garage or even a cover for a car ?

I love this layout for downsizing. I've always wanted full exterior stone. The interior stone is a nice touch. The big living room with large TV wall is perfect. Instead of fireplace, the wood burning heater would be perfect for living in the mountains, which I like. The covered porch is nice and acts like an entry forer. The kitchen layout with dining table, pantry, and laundry is spot on. Also like the entry closet for coats and/or linens.

Here's what I would change:
1) Outdoor shower against the rock exterior. Outdour showers are great - a must have.
2) Eliminate shared bath. Each bedroom would have an onsuite.
3) Each bedroom needs big TV wall at foot of bed.
4) Covered lanai in back.
5) Covered carport or garage with some enclosed lockable storage and work space for tools.

Beautiful!

One thing I would change is I would make the dining area window the glass door and extend the cabinetry for more storage and counter space.

I'm looking at house plans for a guest cottage on my property and this 841-sf cabin is designed well for that purpose except I don't want on a raised foundation, and it needs a second bathroom: one ensuite and the other in the hallway for the second bedroom and for guests. Nicely decorated for staging.

Perfect for a single. I love, love the stone. Love the porch. Only things I would change is, pull out the dishwasher & pit in a couple large drawers & the bathroom would be a shower only with a bench.❤❤

Why 29 feet???dimensional lumber comes in 2x measurements..28ft or 30ft is more economical and wastes less material..each corner costs a minimum of $1000...

I hate the no curtains or coverings over the windows. Love my privacy…especially at night….NO “looking in” please. Love a WINDOW in the bathroom and kitchen👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. If I had to rate this house: 7+

Don’t like toilet under cabinet

The unopened door is probably the furnace and water heater closet, would be my guess. The bedrooms are too small for me. No room for a dresser or chest of drawers.
