Pronounced (Suh waa row) 😊
Ответитьthat is an awesome frame colour
ОтветитьThis guy can ride😮
Ответить“Cocky little s$&t!” 😂 Weren’t we all! Loved my puke green Haro Backtrail! Watching Nyquist tear it up! Great memories. Happy to see they are into MTB!
ОтветитьI bought a Haro FL Carbon hardtail in 2015. I built it up with XTR and Carbon everything. It's still a great bike but is starting to show its age. For a while after Haro wasn't making anything appealing. Nothing for the more serious rider, just generic entry level stuff. I'm glad they are starting to bring back desirable bikes for enthusiasts. I'll look at this now the Nukeproof Scout is basically impossible to get.
ОтветитьBeing a old school BMXer (SE Racing). Great to see Haro getting into MTB. Will they be doing a full suspension bike ?
ОтветитьYou look like the dude from jaws 😂😂
ОтветитьI have to wonder how much of a market there is for a $4k Haro hardtail.
ОтветитьHaro saguaro is a pretty catchy name when you pronounce it right lol
Ответитьhop Hopefully the frame was ok cause it was about the anything left
ОтветитьI rod a green Haro BMX for YEARS! It had gone through every part possible, handlebars, tries, rims, stem, everything broken BUT the bike itself lol. Loved it.
ОтветитьIt's interesting to hear your thoughts on the sizing - I'm 5 '8 too, and my hardtail is a bit of a monster truck! 465mm reach, 64 HA, 78 SA, 425mm CS... I run it with a 35mm stem and 35mm rise bar. I haven't felt that it's too much for me to handle, it's great fun to ride. Although I am looking for a bar with a bit more compliance and sweep to make it a little more comfortable.
ОтветитьThat paint job looks like something on a kids Huffy.
ОтветитьWith Nukeproof, Ragley, Vitus, and GG out of the picture; aside from Marin the value aggro hardtail market is up for the taking. Haro could’ve been really aggressive on the price to own the market, but they didn’t. It’s an opportunity missed imo.
Great content Jeff.
I think that almost everyone at some point of their life owned Haro Bmx bike, myself included. So nice to see them “back” to the big scene, hopefully. 🙂
ОтветитьHT with no clips, how do you keep yer feet on? Personally I can never go back to HT, my steel steed is now a commuter.
ОтветитьSo nice to see Haro built an aggressive hardtail. Love the design. So much fun watching you ride and review it.
Been a fan of Haro as well. Brought back memories of my stolen Haro Master bmx back in mid 90's.
I currently own a basic model Haro Double Peak Sport hardtail MTB for 5 years now, I find it durable and proud of owning here in the Philippines. More power brother!
Haro is back? Where'd they go??? They've been spitting out various variations of their FLIGHTLINE series of MTB bikes for several years and steadily & consistently. All this guy did was find a new model by them is all and from that headlines his video as though they'd vanished at some point. Really, it amounts to clickbait. Watch this about supposedly the return of a major brand, except said brand, again, never went anywhere to begin with. Except possibly in this guy's telling to attempt to deflect how he's clickbaiting his video here. Whatever. At least an intermediate rider might take something beneficial from this as he at least seems to have researched and properly tested the product. I'd hate to see him routinely on the trails, for his sake. Fake as can be.
ОтветитьI owned a 1998 Haro Escape A2, A3, and A4 -- all excellent hardtails, handled great, fairly lightweight, and I never should've sold them, but I needed money for a dualie.
ОтветитьHaro missed the mtb scene and lost a lot of business opportunities. But glad to see them in mtb. I dig hardtails, they're simpler and more connected to the trail. Less maintenance too.
Ответитьdamn you live like right next to me
ОтветитьAhhh, dude, Haro started maning mtn bikes in 1988. I got a 1992 Haro Extreme rigid when I lived in Maryland, and I still have it in excellent condition!!
ОтветитьAre you genuinely disappointed by the transmission? I get the lack of feedback, but precision and shift under load seems more than worth it. Though… maybe once the price has come down.
ОтветитьI am looking at the lower end Haro for an electric swap, I am retired so getting outdoors and breathing the clean air with an electric pedal assist sounds good to me. I still have my 84 Rockhopper. This is for riding at the beach.
ОтветитьI’ll always have a hard tail in my lineup. I currently have the Rocky Mountain growler 50 and love it. I love Aggressive hard tails.
ОтветитьMy 2nd bike was 1997 Haro Escape 7.4 hardtail. Pass it down to my son. It was stolen in 2020. Police found the frame in a homeless encampment. Rebuilt and had it stolen again in 2021. The homeless love Haro bikes!
ОтветитьI thought if these companies send you something it was urs to keep?
ОтветитьI thought if these companies send you something it was urs to keep?
ОтветитьMy dream now - Adventure bike with a mtb on the back
ОтветитьGreat video , Will they be offering this as a frame only option ?
Ответить4k for that is insane though
ОтветитьHeadset cable routing pukes
ОтветитьReally enjoy your content and personality Jeff.
Your manuals are unreal. Keep it coming.
My 1990 Haro Group 1 had that bent top bar. When I saw the Chromag Stylus with that top-tube, I had to have it. And what a good choice it was. Haro DJ should go back to the bent top tube. Because I want one.
ОтветитьThat "Atlantic Blue" paint on the new Steel Reserve 3 26 frame though...
ОтветитьJust ordered one in the Metallic Green. Super excited to tear it up with this sweet bike. Thanks for the review, helped me in my purchase.
ОтветитьHey quick question what fender were you running on it
ОтветитьThat bike is gorgeous
ОтветитьGreat review Jeff! Nice details. Also your riding is superb, I envy your manual hehe
I'm a Haro fan too. But we don't have Saguaro here in the Philippines yet, not sure if they're introduce it here.
Picked up a Ragley Big Al 2.0 frame right before they stopped selling them stateside. The GEO and target market is very close to this Seguaro and I have rediscovered how much fun of a well done HT is on my local trails. My buddies all love my bike too and with this Haro hitting the scene, I’m sure one or two will end up in our crew VERY soon. Thanks for (another) great vid Jeff.
ОтветитьGute Arbeit Winterberg Jungs!
ОтветитьJeff, you ran a cushcore pro in the rear only? Do you run them in all your bikes front and rear? Thanks
ОтветитьI found your channel after you reviewed the Chameleon (which i now own!) so it's extra nice when you try out a new hardtail bike!
ОтветитьSome Great editing
ОтветитьI started typing "You forgot about Nyquist!" as you were mentioning the other haro guys. Super cool they are developing quality bikes again.
ОтветитьVideo helped seal the deal for me. Picked up my Saguaro today!
ОтветитьI had an early 90's Haro impasse
Ответитьevery shot of this bike is with the front wheel off the ground. maybe it doesn't even need a fork. or wheel
Ответить
