In my opinion, deku should be able to access 1 more quirk and it's all might's buffed form. Just my opinion (I haven't read the manga or anything about it yet so correct me if it's not possible)

I have to say I didn't really like the last season. The reason for this was that Deku and Shigaraki are just too strong now.
All others have moved to the background. especially a Shoto and Bakugo, who were stronger than Deku and always were at his level.
Now, as in Naruto, it's all about the main character and his opponent. Everything else doesn't matter, and just nice accessories.
Also the power scaling is just too crass where a Shigaraki can destroy an entire city with one attack.
Am I here at Dragonball z now?

I know why. Because you would have to keep thinking up fighting tactics rather than just playing volleyball. is too much work for a mangaka in the long run. especially if you have a certain amount of success, you notice that with all manga/animes.
What do you mean with that? Now when fights happen, it's like DBZ. Persona A is stronger than Person B. Person B powers up and is stronger than Persona A. Persona A now powers up and is stronger than Persona B, etc. in that case he can pull every ability out of his hat and with that persona A or person B then has the upper hand instead of through what was given and thus making the most of what is possible.
I found it weak that Shigaraki is now so strong just because he slept and was somehow reinforced on his body through experiments. He's so strong now without his quirks that the top heroes don't stand a chance. Especially not with the Quirks and the only one who can stop him is Deku, who is suddenly so strong that he could stop and defeat his entire class on his own if he wanted to.

This top 10 is pretty flawed considering you put Deku above All for one when you clearly said his intelligence is way below All for one's. Why isn't All Mighty in here when he defeated All for one? Defeated him too all while being in a weakened state. I'm also disappointed Overhaul wasn't in here either, being able to one shot people and just break down anything and reconstructing things within their limits.

Isn't Stars and Stripe the strongest? Since she has the quirk New Order? Well anyway, some of these hero's aren't using their quirks correctly. Also having multiple quirks is straight out cheating. What happen to quirks not being limitless? what happen to the MP/Stamina bar?

If I was to get a quirk I would love a quirk call Delete! I would just delete people out of existence in that world, but at a cost of life span. But If i can cheat and have multiple quirks like the rest of these cheating turd, I would have a quirk call Transfer and Unlimited. Transfer so I can transfer the penalty of Delete to someone else, but at the cost of losing my memories. and Unlimited so I can regenerate all cell, but it takes an hour or two to regenerate.

See already a better story already. I Delete someone, Transfer that penalty to someone else, lose a random memories (probably about the one person I Deleted and Transfer the penalty to...probably lose memories that I Even have the Delete ability and Transfer Ability or even the Unlimited Ability)

So dekus quirk doesn’t make sense is it that the previous users already had a power or is it on transfer it gains a new power because deku from what we know didn’t have one .

Nine never got a lower tier clone of one for all, he got one for all. The only reason he is able to only wield 9 in total was because his body wouldn't be able to withstand the quirks. Don't do Nine dirty like that mans was mad strong

So I created a character with the Quirk copy however it doesn’t work like monoma’s does it’s complex but in short think of it like a camera all he has to do is witness a quirk in person and it’s saved to a memory file of sorts and then he can replicate them and he can even copy one for all sort of he can copy the individual quirks like black whip or fa-Jin but he can’t copy them all as a unit I even gave him an ultimate move “Thousand quirk army” it’s a combination of double and every quirk he’s copied

Number one should be snipe (I’m not going to argue with anyone as a heat shot will kill almost anyone on this list)

Deku's enhanced strength isn't from the one for all quirk itself, but a strength enhancement quirk given forcefully to the original wielder by all for one

Deku getting 7 quirks in 10 months and being able to use them all is my issue with his character. It's bad writing he hasn't even maxed his base quirk but he gets all those quirks.

Nine may be explained incorrectly. I’m pretty sure he had felt pain because of the quirks he took

This is not related to the vid but does anyone wish that the doctor that told Izuku that he was quirkless was wrong and that deku quirk is immortality. I feel like he would need that right now considering that he could overdo his power can yk…….
