Get out of here
Community college is cheap.
Learn a skill.I was taught how to weld
I paid sixty bucks a month.
It costs me three grand to learn how to make more than ,,,hundred grand people that have no skills
Save money everyone go to a CC for a AD and then transfer to get your BA or BS. It saved me so much money
ОтветитьUniversities are a hub for research, it’s not after the quality of research. It’s laughable
ОтветитьIf you live in California and looking into colleges, community college is a MUST. You can get free classes or at the very least $7 a semester and the professors are very understanding and helpful
ОтветитьSo cheap higher education made possible by the government is a good thing?
ОтветитьIt’s true, the professors are incredibly caring.
That seven dollars tho 😆😩
M8's comparing level 3 education to level 4 💀
ОтветитьCan confirm, community college is pretty tight. Sort of feels like high school but also it’s better
ОтветитьI will forever recommend community colleges first before going to a university
ОтветитьSome community colleges even offer free classes including offers and resources to trade jobs, internships, etc...
ОтветитьI went to community college for $0. Now I’m a junior at Cal! Totally amazing pathway that gets looked down on too much
ОтветитьFor international students it’s 6k$ for a semester
ОтветитьJust make sure that credits are transferrable.
ОтветитьThis is spot on. The unfortunate part is that so many states are a mess when it comes to coordinating credit transfers from CC to the university level.
ОтветитьI am going to Cuyamaca community college in San Diego. It’s $45 a credit for instate students. I left University from Northern University of Arizona (NAU) it was about 500 per credit there. And I’m getting the same education. Absolutely ridiculous.
ОтветитьI went to Gwinnett Tech and then Clayton State, and feel the same way. You get a much better education from Community College than University.
ОтветитьOh she got the benefit of the libs? Wild.
ОтветитьI agree 100% I got an associates in CC and eventually transferred to a state university, costs 10x and learned the same stuff in the first semester of CC... school is a joke but you need that paper to compete sometimes
ОтветитьI go to a community college. I found out I’m actually getting paid to go to community college but only because of how much my fafsa gave me.
ОтветитьHey coops, quick question: what was the food like at Community College?
ОтветитьWhats this background song?
ОтветитьI dropped out of college because the student loans were giving me crippling anxiety for classes I knew we’re going to be worthless in the real world. Moved back home with my parents and enrolled in a community college. Paid off my student loans while working and going to community college and had all my debt paid off by graduation. I took my time sense I was working and going to school, started making 70k a year right out of community college because I was in a trade school they offered and they have companies lined up hiring right out of graduation. Meanwhile, my friends that went to major universities and got these really expensive generalized degrees ended up working jobs that they could have done with a high school degree. It had nothing to do with what they majored in because with a majored in was worthless in the real world…. I went on to become a senior aircraft mechanic. Can I make six figures a year and my best friend who got a degree in business is managing a retail store. Major universities are so overrated. It’s not even funny…. unless you’re going to be a lawyer, a doctor or an engineer you don’t really need to go to university you can just go to community college in trade school and save a ton of money. The only thing you’re going to university for the party because everything you need is offered at other places for Far ass.
ОтветитьThought she said working on their feces lol. Wouldn't be too far off
Ответить7$? That is basicly free.
ОтветитьI went to community college for my AA, Then got a full tuition scholarship to a private university for my bachelors, which led to a full tuition scholarship for my MS. Now I have a job that pays 100k at 25 years old with $0 student loan debt. I actually made money going to school... lol
ОтветитьSomeone tell me what is a community college
ОтветитьI still can’t believe there’s no relation
ОтветитьFacts
ОтветитьI’m in my last semester of community college and I’m dead serious when I say this. I have only paid $50 this far. My school waived all the fees due to Covid and started fees again this trimester. I paid $50 for pre-registration and hope my financial aid kicks in. Paying the fees isn’t a problem, just wanna use my aid where possible.
Most of the classes I have taken line up with another program offered at my school so I thought I could go back after graduation and get another degree in two semesters.
Community College is so awesome.
ОтветитьDayum
ОтветитьAs a graduate student in history, I started out at a community college. I loved the faculty, administration, and classmates. You get frauds at the very beginning of the semester collecting Pell grant money, but they get filtered by the second week. It's filled with true diversity in age and social classes you don't normally see in university. When I graduate I hope to teach at a community college to contribute back to the institution that changed my life.
Ответитьthis is 100% not true for every state. you need to do research about the college and university you are attending. find out their retention rate, graduation rate, and what their need met percentage is. california is one of the best states to attend college if you live there bc they will fund your education. don’t expect much from uc schools tho you better be independently wealthy to afford tuition.
ОтветитьSEVEN DOLLARS? can someone confirm if it's real lmao
ОтветитьI absolutely agree with Brett on this issue. However, I do want to point out that unfortunately most people who go to CC's are not serious about school to begin with. Thus, it would be easy for regular students to be influenced by their lack of effort thus, it would take longer than 2 years to transfer or just drop out altogether. But that having said if you are a hard working smart person it would not matter if all your friends were lazy or unmotivated. Since you are responsible for your own action in the end of the day.
Ответить7 bucks a semester is bullshit
ОтветитьWent to community college my first 2 years of undergrad and dont regret it one bit. I did have to retake one class going into university and I kid you not it was deja vu. Exact same curriculum and work, I just paid 3x more than I did at community college. Also my friends said uni was harder and I honestly didn’t think that at all - they had never gone to community college so how would they have known
ОтветитьWhat’s the piano piece?
Ответитьi looovvvedddd community college more than my four year. I did cerrtios which is one of the best too❤
Ответитьwhat about the experience
ОтветитьIt seems like big universities get too into politics as well
ОтветитьI taught at a community college in Los Angeles for 21 years. They are absolutely right.
ОтветитьI’m in an HSP program, or high school partnership with a community college and I am getting hs and college credits for free.
ОтветитьI'm a BIG proponent of community college. You're in classes of ~30 to 50 students, rather than 400. The professor has a PhD, rather than at university where the class is taught by a TA.
ОтветитьI transferred from SMC to UCLA … Although SMC is a great cc , it’s no where close to UCLA level… And I attended there free as well
ОтветитьIs it just me or does she look like a female version of Ben Shapiro.
ОтветитьI'll definitely Admit (community colleges in your city)>>> universities
Ответитьlove yall promoting socialist policies "it was only $7 dollars"
Ответить
