Just one comment, no offense against you and your dudes: The amount of In-Game-Time has little to do with your success in this game. It's the situational awareness, your aiming abilities and the multitasking capabilities from you and your team that decide about your fate. Someone can have 10.000 hours of gaming time but if his aiming is bad he will always just be a tomato and prey (or victim).
