ОтветитьI've had this problem since i have naturally pronating feet, my arches roll flat inward. I've had a minor pull in my meniscus before, and Ive been in pt as well. I've made some improvements, but the jumps are hard. I've found that the pilates reformer helps with the jumps. I'm not in pt right now, but i hope to continue to work on this issue on the reformer in the future.
ОтветитьAlso remember that your turnout comes from your hips and not from your knees! So don't turn your feet out beyond the line of your knees, and don't turn your knees out beyond the turnout in your hips. It's so important to remind people that if they want to remain injury free and if they want to progress technically, then the goal needs to be, to be properly aligned and less turned out, rather than the other way round!
