ОтветитьVery great insight. :))
Pretty sure you had driven passing by my neighborhood in PJ on your way to Kota Damansara. Hope you enjoy your stay in KL and PJ. :)
Nice video. Very informative. Waiting for your next video. Kudo to both of you.
ОтветитьVery informative 😊
Ответитьhi john and fran -- thanks for all the useful videos. Will you plan to organize meet ups for those of us travelling to Penang? i wld like to explore more about living in penang. do you have an email ?
ОтветитьI really like what you said at the end. Sometimes I also feel in life there are no right or wrong decision, just don't regret making that decision.
ОтветитьI'm from KL, and your video is very good, structured and even entertaining. Well done!
KL/Selangor is actually a high income area since 2010 (If I'm not mistaken Klang Valley alone GDP per capita is at least US$20,000 now higher than the national average of US$13,000) so, that's why the pay is significantly higher not just in Malaysia and within ASEAN.
I like what you are doing. Keep it up. Probably it will help if you show the type of accommodation place and it’s prices through i property etc. I live in USA and have plans to move to Ipoh, I am curious what’s the cost of living in Ipoh?
ОтветитьIs DIDI available?
ОтветитьThis was really informative
ОтветитьThank you for your valuable time and efforts ,that you have put in to make the video. This was highly informative
ОтветитьFor Malaysians we can buy the Govt sponsored transport fare of My50 where we top up our I/C with RM50 for 30days transportation. We can use all the public transports for RM1.00 the whole day.
ОтветитьVery nice video, thank you. It was organized, I always like to see things in map and I am glad you showed it in the beginning of the video. We plan to move to Malaysia in few years and I am looking into all infos. Only thing I am finding rare in Malaysia is single story houses, which is very common in USA, especially in texas and other mid and southern states. We also do not like to pay HOA fees( or high maintenance fee). May be best would be renting first. Thank you again for the very informative video.
ОтветитьHow's about a single person that retires in KL? Is $1,5000 U.S. dollars a month enough?
ОтветитьYou guys are fantastic! I’m an American living in Hawaii and thinking about eventually retiring with my wife who is Taiwanese in Malaysia. Am picking up a lot of great information from your entertaining and very informative videos!
ОтветитьWhat are tax calculation for foreigners? Please help.
What does salary structure include any hidden tax must be known before accepting the offer letter?
Please describe your thoughts.
This is an excellent video! Thank you for your detailed and realistic overview!
ОтветитьKl is 30-50% cheaper than beijing in any aspect
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьVery informative ❤❤❤
ОтветитьHow's the healthcare and government AID in Malaysia? I have some family there from my mom's side of the family. I was doing well financially here in The US, but the problem is once your health goes downhill, you're at risk of becoming homeless. The cost of living does seem reasonable in KL compared to California. I'm currently back in college for medical billing and coding. I was looking up medical billing and coding jobs in KL and they pay more than many of the jobs in California. LOL The irony. Sometimes more developed countries aren't better when it comes to making a living.
ОтветитьAlhamdullilah Syukur sgt Indah Malaysia ku... Subhanallah...
ОтветитьThanks! This is grats info. I am a digital nomad seriously considdering malaysia.
ОтветитьGuys why Malay Chinese and Indian English sound so different in Malaysia with Indians speaking best.
ОтветитьIs there any possibility of getting a condo type studio room within 500RM in any of these areas?
ОтветитьGreat vidéo!
ОтветитьI am an Indian Grass Cutter working with DBKL. I cannot survive in KL or surrounding area. Even Gormen do not give any money. I earn about RM2.350 per month and do private work in the weekends for Big TowKay Man or Anak Lord. The cost of living is up and up. MY depends on imported food all year round. Meat is out of the question, Fish forget it. Chicken is once a week and our dinner table has very little food. Thank God for subsidized rice in MY. Salaries is MY is very low and out productivity is hopeless. Owning a car is like throwing your money in the Bin. Being Frugal is important. If I can afford more capital equipment for grass cutting from Germany. I can do better. No loans to B40 and low earners. Not complaining but with the right equipment - efficiencies will be higher. Foreigners think MY Is paradise. It is HOT. HOT and getting HOTTEER . plus MORE and MORE Rain every day and Humidity is terrible. Most Chinese CHABUT to OZ by sending their children to study there.
ОтветитьIs 3k usd okay for couple? Thanks
ОтветитьThank you for all the useful information guys!
My boyfriend and I both from the Netherlands are currently looking for moving abroad to gain new experiences and we are considering KL 😀
Is Chinese well spoken there? I am willing to learn Chinese as I like the language.
Thank you!
this is great! im planning to move from penang to kl and this covers most of my questions especially about budgeting and finances. thank you for the video!
ОтветитьSurprising how high those living expenses for a single young adult per month, as especially commute by car. Even though I don't own a car and have cheaper rent, I still find 40% chances of saving money per month a challenge.
ОтветитьWhat does PSF stand for? Which currency is this?
ОтветитьAre Grab car expensive in KL?
ОтветитьHow you guys are retire in the age of 40? how you getting money?
ОтветитьYour husband is in very good shape.
ОтветитьThe type of unhealthy food showcased in this video was disgusting n me made want to vomit.
U 4got 1 thing which is the cost of a gym membership after eating rubbish food like this. Even a grilled chicken burger (subtract the chicken skin) is more healthy.
You guys are great!
ОтветитьI got a job in menara maybank which is in center of KL city, I am moving with my wife and 5 months old baby, I want to get an 1 bed apartment, how much would it cost me?
ОтветитьI’m looking forward to visiting.
